New way of collecting contribution

Undoubtedly you have experienced that the club is in full swing. A number of strokes are made to steer the club more professionally. One of these strokes concerns the collection of the contribution. In the past it often took effort to collect all contributions in time. We want to improve that. That is why from next year the collection will be outsourced to KNLTB.Collect, an organization with extensive experience in collecting contributions. For the sake of clarity: KNLTB.Collect is not a debt collection agency. This partnership provides benefits for both members and the club. The advantage for you is the ease of use with which the payments can be paid and the possibility to pay in installments (a small amount is charged for spread payments).

What does this partnership mean in practice?

KNLTB.Collect takes over the administrative processing of the contribution collections. KNLTB.Collect will contact all members via SMS and e-mail (make sure that the member administrator has recent and accurate information about you). The payment requests are sent via SMS and e-mail. By clicking on a link you will reach your personal payment page of KNLTB.Collect and here you can view, download and pay for your invoice. Here you can also choose to pay your contribution in one go or in installments. The payments are made via direct debit or via iDEAL. Payment can only be made via direct debit. Part of your personal details (name, address, e-mail address and telephone number) will be provided to KNLTB.Collect and will only be visible to the treasurer, KNLTB.Collect and you as a club member. This processing is necessary to implement the membership of the association, more specifically the processing of payment data for the club contribution. This processing will take place entirely in accordance with the requirements under the Personal Data Protection Act (Article 8 under b Wbp). You as a club member can rest assured that your data will be stored securely, not for purposes other than the contribution payment and will never be provided to third parties for commercial purposes.

If something isn’t clear about this or if you have any questions, you are free to contact the treasurer.
