EXTC is volgens TC de Uithof hét evenement dat je echt niet mag missen tijdens je studententijd.Dit jaar valt de EXTC in het weekend van 23 t/m 25 augustus met als thema: ‘Freeks wilde wereldreis’. Van vrijdag t/m zondag is EXTC gevuld met tennis, feest en gezelligheid. Het is een weekend waarin deelnemers en commissie doorgaan tot de vroege uurtjes om de volgende dag weer stralend (of niet) op de baan te staan.
Je geeft je voor dit toernooi niet op met een dubbelpartner, maar je speelt in teams van 4. Er zijn meerdere tennisrondes en er mag tijdens de ronde gewisseld worden van samenstelling. De twee niet-tennissende teamgenoten, moedigen de twee tennissende teamgenoten natuurlijk aan onder het genot van een heerlijk koud biertje.
Als je niet wilt tennissen, kan je je ook inschrijven voor ‘louter feesten en chillen’.

From the 26th of August till the 1st of September Veracket Open takes place. The theme is Juracket Park and there will be a beer cantus on Friday and an Oktoberfest on Saturday, so come join us in Groningen!

De Accie’s favoriete activiteit staat weer in de planning op 11 september, Beerpong Tennis! Het veld is de tafel, tonnen in plaats van bekers en er wordt natuurlijk met het racket geslagen en gemikt. Schrik niet je hoeft geen hele ton te adten, daarvoor zijn gewone bekers aanwezig. Ben jij altijd al koning beerpong geweest en denk je: op een tennisbaan ben ik net zo goed al dan niet beter? Of bak je er nog niks van en wil je het graag leren? Schrijf je dan nu in!
We zullen beginnen rond 20:00, we verzamelen op de blauwe banen. Voor zij die liever geen bier drinken zijn er natuurlijk ook lekkere alternatieven aanwezig. Naderhand zal er een borreltje gedaan worden in het clubhuis van de NVLTB.

The activity commission’s favorite activity is coming up once again at the 11th of September, Beerpong Tennis! Using the field as a make-shift table, rain-barrels as redcups and a racket in stead of a throwing arm. Don’t be alarmed you won’t have to down an entire barrel of beer, we use regular cups for drinking. Have you always been an ace at beerpong and do you have enough confidence that you can recreate those skills on a tennis court? Or are you just willing to learn to play beerpong tennis? Then subscribe now!
We will start at around 20:00, we will gather at the blue courts. For those that would rather drink something else than beer there will be other drinks available. Afterwards we would like to invite everyone for a drink at the clubhouse of the NVTLB.

On Wednesday the 15th of January, a General Members Meeting (GMM) with a board change will take place in Forum C0317. The GMM starts at 8 pm. At this GMM, the setup of the LustrumCie is discussed.

SET is the external doubles tournament of N.L.S.T.C. Slow. Rating is not important, so your doubles partner could have any player strength. Two parties are organised on Friday and Saturday night (and a beer cantus!). A place to sleep can be arranged. The tournament is from the 28th of February till the 1st of March (but it’s no problem if you are unavailable on Friday!). The deadline for signing up is the 18th of February.
The theme is: “Pompen op je klompen!”
You prefer drinking beers all weekend? This is possible too. There is no need to play tennis.
Walhalla is going with a group of members, to have an unforgettable weekend full of tennis, beers and hangovers!

Hi everyone, we are back with another fun twisting activity! It’s called Tennis with a Twist Tournament (TTT). Come and meet your fellow members who you haven’t met yet. We can finally meet up IRL again and drink a beer at the Toko! The good weather is coming and this is a perfect opportunity to participate in the TTT and experience the real Walhalla vibes!
