In period 5 and the beginning of period 6 the AcCie organises an internal competition for the single. If you win your category you will be the Walhalla clubchampion for a year. You will get the phone number and mail address from your opponents in your poule to plan the matches by yourself. The matches will be played accordig to the usual set and game system. The deadline for subscribing is on the 24th of March.
We will also play an internal competition doubles on a wednesday evening in period 6. More information about that will come later.

Join at 22 May the honorable double clubchampionships of Walhalla. If you win this tournament you can call yourself the best double couple of your category for a year! The matches will start at 19:00.
Have you always wanted to experience how the great professional tennis players play a tennismatch at a big tournament? This is your change!
This year, as usual, Roland Garros takes place in Paris and we want to go! We would be very happy to see a lot of people joining us to go to this great event. Our intention is to go on the first weekend of Roland Garros. This will be from Friday the 24th till Sunday the 26th of May.
We are still working on the program, but we guarantee you that it will be an amazing weekend. We will leave on Friday, Saterday we will have time in Paris for sight seeing and on Sunday we want to go to Roland-Garros! We will arrange tickets for the outside courts. The main focus of the weekend is of course the tournament itself.
We are very excited about going to Roland-Garros, and would like to share this experience with all of you!

De Accie’s favoriete activiteit staat weer in de planning op 5 juni, Beerpong Tennis! Het veld is de tafel, tonnen in plaats van bekers en er word natuurlijk met het racket geslagen en gemikt. Schrik niet je hoeft geen hele ton te adten, daarvoor zijn gewone bekers aanwezig. Ben jij altijd al koning beerpong geweest en denk je: op een tennisbaan ben ik net zo goed al dan niet beter? Schrijf je dan nu in!
We zullen beginnen rond 20:00. Voor zij die liever geen bier drinken zijn er natuurlijk ook alternatieven aanwezig. Naderhand zal er een borreltje gedaan worden in het clubhuis van de NVLTB.
The activity commission’s favorite activity is coming up once again at the 5th of June, Beerpong Tennis! Using the field as a make-shift table, rain-barrels as redcups and a racket in stead of a throwing arm. Don’t be alarmed you won’t have to down an entire barrel of beer, we use regular cups for drinking. Have you always been an ace at beerpong and do you have enough confidence that you can recreate those skills on a tennis court? Then subscribe now!
We will start at around 20:00. For those that would rather drink something else than beer there will be other drinks available. Afterwards we would like to invite everyone for a drink at the clubhouse of the NVTLB.

The tournament is from Friday the 21st till Sunday the 23th of June. Beside tennis, there will be ofcourse also other activities like parties!

From the 6th till the 14th of July it is again time for Fellenoord’s open tournament: Jumbo Boschdijk Fellenoord Open 2019, in Eindhoven! It’s going to be a week full of tennis, beer and parties, doesn’t sound bad right!?
